SOM-F767 System-On-Module (SOM) is a compact (45 mm x 55 mm) mezzanine module that combines a 216 MHz Cortex-M7 STM32F767 microcontroller with 8 MB SDRAM, 16 MB NOR Flash and an Ethernet PHY buffer on a single board. The SOM interfaces to a baseboard (motherboard) using two 80-pin interface connectors.
High performance STM32 MCU
- The STM32F767xx devices are based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core operating at a frequency of up to 216 MHz.
- STM32F767xx devices incorporate high-speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 2 Mbyte, up to 512 Kbytes of SRAM), up to 4 Kbytes of backup SRAM.
External memories
- 64Mb External SDRAM with 32-bit data bus: Enables faster access to data, Higher refresh rate – higher resolution and animations.
